GLOBOND Aluminum Composite Panel consists of Polyethylene core sandwiched between two aluminum alloy sheets.  It is coated with Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), which is durable.  It is excellent in weather resistance, peeling strength, non-toxicity, fireproofing, sound insulation and vibration damping.   It is available in many standard colours (special colours are available on request).  Can be easily cut, punched, routed, folded and shaped using simple tools for timber and metal.  Can be easily maintain by using mild detergent and water to clean the surface.   GLOBOND Aluminum Composite Panel is environmental-friendly as all materials are fully recyclable.

Excellent Weather Resistance

GLOBOND Aluminum Composite Panel, coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin from PPG industries in U.S.A and Sweden, features no chromatism, good lightness, extreme rigidity, flatness, salt spray resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chalking resistance of ultraviolet light, high temperature of heat deformation up to 115°C, colours retention for 20 years.

Super Peeling Strength

Adopting high performance of macromolecule lamination film from South Korea, with varieties of advanced equipment and strict control.  GLOBOND Aluminum Composite Panel won’t peel off after 2 hours of boiling water test, its minute peeling strength is still over 6kg/cm after aging test in accordance with ASTMC481-cycle B.

Non-toxicity and Fireproofing

GLOBOND Aluminum Composite Panel Fireproof panel consists of a non-toxic polyethylene core sandwiched between two sheets of uninflammable aluminum, fufilling the requirement of fireproof specified in building code.

Sound Insulation & Vibration Damping

GLOBOND Aluminum Composite Panel offers higher sound reduction and vibration damping as compared to solid aluminum sheet.
